Purposes, scope and legal grounds for processing your personal data:

OVIDA processes personal data primarily in order to perform the contract between you and OVIDA, provide services to you or take steps necessary to conclude a contract or start providing services (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

In addition, OVIDA may also process your personal data in order to fulfill its legal obligations as the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). Sometimes OVIDA processes your data for purposes based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
